Fundamental Music Therapy
American Music Therapy Association defines music therapy as the "clinical and evidence-based use of music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program".
Music therapy is an established health service that is similar to occupation therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy. MT promotes wellness; physically and emotionally. Therapy sessions consist of music techniques developed for the individual to address physical, psychological, cognitive and/or social functioning, communication and motor/sensory planning for all ages.
Autism Support now
ASN offers individualized behavioral treatment programs in-home, in-clinic and through Tele-health for individuals on the autism spectrum from ages 18 months to 18 years of age. We aim to provide behavioral interventions and skill acquisition in areas such as social skills, language, play skills, academic skills and adaptive behaviors to assist in more independent living. We offer behavioral assessments, parents training, and social skills groups.
